How enquiry details are looked after
This is a short notice for people contacting Eunoia Web Studio. It is separate from the privacy information used in Eunoia Therapy counselling work.
Enquiries
If you write through the enquiry form, I receive the details you give: your name, email address, practice name, what you need, your current website if you include one, and your message. Those details are emailed to me at eunoiawebstudio@outlook.com so I can reply. Resend, an email delivery service, sends that message, and your email address is used as the reply address. The information is not used for marketing and is not sold on.
If we work together
Project files and correspondence are kept only as long as they are needed to do the work and to keep a sensible record of what was agreed. They are stored securely and are not mixed with counselling records from Eunoia Therapy.
Privacy requests
If you have a question about your information, or would like to make a privacy request, write to eunoiawebstudio@outlook.com, or use the enquiry form and say that it is a privacy request. Rebecca Shore will reply to the email address you give.
